Shipping Policy

- Shipping:
We currently deliver within India only. Shipping cost is not inclusive, and will be charged based on the weight of the parcel.

- Delivery timelines:
Pre-curated boxes will be delivered within 3-7 days of payment completion. Customised orders will be delivered as per mutually agreed upon timeline.
 
- Cancellation policy:
No cancellations will be accepted once payment has been completed. 

Return & Exchange Policy

- Returns & Refunds:
Only if the goods are visibly faulty, do we offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, however all payments are non-refundable.
 
Initiating an exchange:
Email us on info@boxesofgoodness.in with your order number and photographs of the faulty product(s). Once your exchange request is reviewed by us, our team will connect with you with directions on how to proceed further with the resolution or return of the product.
Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please allow up to 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
