We offer a wide range of carefully curated gift hampers for every occasion, championing socially responsible brands, NGOs, social enterprises, farm-to-table initiatives, women-led startups, and eco-friendly, ethical and conscious brands.

    We offer a wide range of gifting options to suit different preferences and occasions. Our selection includes pre-curated gift boxes featuring wellness, gourmet, beauty, and self-care products, readily available to buy through our online store. We offer Custom Gifting for occasions such as Corporate Gifting, Conference & Event Gifting, Festive Gifting, Wedding Gifting and Special Occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, birth announcements, reunions, parties and more.     Responsible gifting refers to our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices throughout the gifting process. We strive to ensure that our products are sourced responsibly, considering factors such as fair trade, ethical manufacturing, and environmental impact.     We source our gifts from various trusted and vetted partners, who we call 'Impact Partners', that share our values and ethos. We prioritise working with local artisans and 75% of our Impact Partners are women-led businesses, so as to support local economies and promote traditional craftsmanship. Our selection also includes products from environmentally conscious and ethical brands that align with our sustainability goals.
  • What sustainability practices do you follow as a company?
    As a company, we are committed to implementing sustainable practices at every stage of our operations. This includes using reusable, eco-friendly packaging materials, minimising waste generation, and encouraging recycling and reusability. Our unique range of gift packaging is created in collaboration with environmentally conscious social enterprises and up-cycling initiatives to bring you aesthetically beautiful gift baskets that can be reused in different ways around your home. Our gift packaging is 100% plastic-free and we strive to reduce our carbon footprint and continuously seek ways to improve our sustainability efforts.
  • Are your products eco-friendly?
    Yes, we prioritise offering eco-friendly products wherever possible. Our gift boxes are made from up-cycled textile waste, recycled or recyclable materials. Our constant endeavour is to curate & include products in our gift boxes that are sustainable, organic, or made from natural ingredients. We believe in promoting a greener lifestyle and offering environmentally conscious choices to our customers.

    We have a strong commitment to reducing waste and promoting a circular economy. We actively seek packaging solutions that are re usable, recyclable or made from recycled materials.     Yes, we prioritise cruelty-free products in our gift boxes. We collaborate with brands that do not test their products on animals and are committed to ethical practices. By choosing cruelty-free products, we promote compassion and respect for all living beings.
  • Do you offer any vegan options?
    Absolutely! We understand the importance of catering to different dietary preferences and lifestyles. We offer a selection of vegan-friendly options in our gift boxes, including products that are free from animal-derived ingredients. Many of our pre-curated gift boxes can be made Vegan.   • How can I place an order?
    Browse through our collection of pre-curated gift boxes on our website. Once you've chosen the #BoxOfGoodness you like, add personalised messages and add "Add to Cart". You can then proceed to the Checkout page, follow the instructions to provide your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We are working towards expanding our shipping services internationally in the near future.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    The delivery time depends on your location. Within India, we strive to deliver orders within 4-7 business days. Within Mumbai, we sometimes offer same day delivery, and usually deliver between 1-4 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI and popular digital wallets. All transactions are processed securely to ensure the safety of your personal information.
  • How can I track my order?
    You can track your order by logging into your account on our website. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • What is your return/ exchange policy?
    Only if the goods are visibly faulty, do we offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, however all payments are non-refundable. Initiating an exchange: Email us at info@boxesofgoodness.in with your order number and photographs of the faulty product(s). Once your return/exchange request is reviewed by us, our team will connect with you with directions on how to proceed further with the resolution or return of the product. Please note: The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please allow up to 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
  • Do you offer customisation/personalisation options?
    Yes, we offer customisation options for our gift boxes. You can add personalised messages, cards and logos to your gift hampers, or even create a completely custom gift for your friends/ family. MOQ for Custom Gifting at #BoxesOfGoodness: 50 pieces. Contact our Gift Concierge team at +91 98202 90764, and they will assist you in creating a custom Box of Goodness.
  • Do you do bulk orders?
    Absolutely! We cater to bulk orders for corporate gifting, events, weddings, and all your special occasions. A bulk order would consist of 50 gifts or more. We offer customisation of the gift boxes to align with your branding and/or event theme, and offer special rates for larger quantities.
